Limited product warranty
Kiesle assured the original buyer that the xiaomi youpin product would be free from material and process defects during normal use for six months. However, Kiesle does not guarantee that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error free. We are not responsible for any damage caused by non-compliance with the instructions relating to the use of the product.
How to obtain warranty service
Orders for warranty services must be requested from Kiesle within the limited warranty period from the date of receipt of the goods. To request a warranty service order, contact the service team. To receive warranty service, you must deliver the product to the specified address in the original package or in a package that provides equal protection. Kiesle may require proof of purchase details and/or compliance with registration requirements to qualify for warranty service under applicable law. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software or other material that you may have stored or retained on the product. Kiesle is not responsible for the loss or reformatting of such data, software or other materials during maintenance.
